WHAT DOES ERNDC’S SUPPLIER EXPERIENCE DO?
eRNDC is a powerful tool for suppliers. It streamlines the way RNDC does business, allowing you to grow your brands efficiently based on data analytics. eRNDC provides a personalized online experience to manage your product portfolio, access existing RNDC tools, learn about RNDC services, and review key insights and announcements from RNDC. eRNDC replaces the legacy SNIR tool used for managing new item requests. New capabilities will be coming soon, this is just the beginning.
HOW DO I BEGIN?
Go to www.erndc.com and click “Sign In” in the top right-hand corner. Use your email address and eRNDC specific password to log in. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select “Profile”. Confirm your email and phone number are entered correctly. Then select “Notification Preferences” from the left-hand navigation menu to confirm how you’d like to receive notifications. You’re all set now, go explore!
HOW DOES THE SIGN UP PROCESS WORK?
If your organization does not have access yet to eRNDC. Go to www.erndc.com and select “Supplier” then click on the “Sign Up” button. You will be directed to a quick survey to provide us more information that we will use to grant you the right level of access that you need. You will be given credentials by RNDC. Check with your primary RNDC point of contact for more information.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO ERNDC?
eRNDC tailors every user’s experience specifically for them, so that when you log in, you see the functionality that will be valuable to you based on your role. Customers, RNDC Sales Teams (District, Area, Division Managers, and Sales Representatives), Suppliers (Product Managers, State/Region Managers, Digital Content Managers, and RNDC Team Members that support our suppliers (Master Data Management clerks, State Portfolio, Finance, and Marketing Managers, Supplier Business Development Team) all have access to eRNDC.
WHICH OF MY TEAM MEMBERS SHOULD USE THE SUPPLIER PORTAL ON ERNDC?
eRNDC was built to streamline how we conduct business with our suppliers and customers. Your team should experience eRNDC if they: are responsible for setting up products for distribution in specific states or regions, are responsible for setting up new products, want to learn more about services RNDC offers suppliers, manage the digital content for your portfolio, request access to RNDC systems for new team members, or use RNDC systems such as MicroStrategy, iReceivables, or Box but sometimes forget the link to these systems.
CAN OTHER TEAM MEMBERS BE GRANTED ACCESS TO ERNDC?
Absolutely! Suppliers can self-manage eRNDC access for their organization. Click on the “Team” tab and find the team member within your organization with the role “Administrator”. This person has access to add Team Members from your organization (either Supplier or Distributor) by simply entering their name, email address, and selecting the appropriate role.
HOW CAN I VIEW ERNDC ON MY PHONE?
You can sign into eRNDC on your mobile phone by opening any browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer) and navigating to www.erndc.com, selecting “Supplier Login”. eRNDC was built with a mobile app in mind, so it looks great on mobile devices. Stay tuned in 2020 for announcements on our app.
CAN I BULK UPLOAD DIGITAL CONTENT TO ERNDC? WHAT IF I’M ALREADY PROVIDING DIGITAL CONTENT TO RNDC’S TRADE MARKETING TEAM?
eRNDC is integrated with our digital asset management system, Salsify, which is managed by our Trade Marketing team. Whether you choose to load content via the Supplier Portal on eRNDC or via Salsify, your digital assets will automatically appear on eRNDC. If you would prefer to upload digital assets in bulk for your entire portfolio, our team can help bring that solution to life.
