Poinsettia 75
1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Cranberry Juice
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Champagne
Method: Combine all ingredients except the champagne into a shaker and shake over ice. Open the shaker and top off with the champagne, then strain the cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist or wheel.
Home for the Holiday
2 oz Amaretto
4 oz Cold Or Hot Chocolate
1 oz Almond Milk
Method: Combine all the ingredients into a rocks glass. Stir the ingredients together and then top with whipped cream and red and green cherries.
