It's that time of year! Thanksgiving marks beginning of a busy holiday season. To help you out, RNDC's mixology team has created two fantastic recipes for fall!
Whether you are looking for drink to serve with turkey dinner or suggestion for customers as they stock up for their celebrations, these cocktails are sure to be a smash. Check out the recipes below, along with a tip for the holidays, and use eRNDC to stock up for the holidays.
1 oz. Spiced Rum
1 oz. Pumpkin Puree
.75 oz. Lime Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
4 oz. Oktoberfest Style Beer
Method: Shake all ingredients except beer over ice then top off with beer. Strain strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wheel.
It's Figgin' Fall
1.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 Tsp Fig Jam
.5 oz. Orange Juice
Dash Angostura Bitters
5 oz. Ginger Beer
Method: Shake all ingredients except ginger beer over ice, then top with the ginger beer and strain cocktail into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist and wheel.
Extra Holiday Tip: Now, more than ever, consumers are looking for ways to celebrate while being mindful of alcohol intake and staying booze-free. In the last year the space has seen a huge increase in consumer interest in both on and off premise.
The "It's Figgin' Fall" cocktail is the perfect cocktail for alcohol conscious consumers. The original recipe is Low ABV, and it's easy to turn into a non-alcoholic cocktail. Simply omit the sweet vermouth and add extra ginger beer!
