Green Machine
- 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Melon Liqueur
- .75 oz Real Crisp Apple Puree (Or Apple Sauce)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 oz Q Elderflower Tonic
Shake all ingredients with ice. Top off with Elderflower Liqueur. Roll. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with melon balls and a mint sprig.
Irish Brew
- 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Irish Cream
- .5 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1.5 oz Guinness Stout
- 3 oz Cold Brew Coffee
Build in glass. Add ice. Stir and add whipped cream and chocolate shavings with Luxardo Cherry. Can be served hot or cold over ice.
Irish Aloha
- 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz GiffardRhubarbe
- 1.5 oz Real Cream Of Coconut
- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with toasted coconut and pineapple fronds.
Irish Jet Set
- 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Pamplemouse
- .75 oz Peychaud’s Aperitivo
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
